Revamped Melaleuca’s e-commerce pages by producing clear, user-focused content and building responsive layouts using Sitecore CMS and Tailwind CSS.

Overview

Melaleuca, a wellness brand, sought to modernize its e-commerce platform to enhance usability, optimize content structure, and align with contemporary UI standards.

As part of the Melaleuca e-commerce team, I contributed as a Content Producer to help revamp the digital shopping experience. My role focused on crafting user-centered content, building responsive pages using Sitecore CMS, and supporting the UX team through testing and evaluation to ensure a seamless content journey.

My Contributions

  • Content Design
    Developed clear, accessible product and marketing content tailored to user needs. Ensured consistency in tone, formatting, and visual hierarchy across the e-commerce experience.

  • Sitecore CMS Implementation
    Built and managed content-driven pages using Sitecore CMS. Collaborated with the design and dev teams to integrate visuals and functionality with structured content blocks.

  • Tailwind CSS Application
    Styled and structured pages using Tailwind CSS, focusing on responsiveness and clean visual layouts aligned with the brand's standards.

  • UX Support – Heuristic Evaluation & Testing
    Partnered with the UX team to conduct heuristic evaluations, identify content usability issues, and adjust copy and layout accordingly. Supported usability testing by incorporating user feedback into content updates.

  • Agile Collaboration
    Worked within an agile team, attending daily standups and sprint meetings. Coordinated content updates and delivery timelines in sync with developers and product managers.
